The cheapest fare I found was $1900 RT from CLE to TAC. It's Continental from CLE to SFO, then PAL from SFO to MLA to TAC. This price could go down (or up) depending on your actual travel dates. I hope this helps.

Tacloban (TAC) has flights from Manila (MNL) only. Northwest Airlines (NW) provides connecting flights through Detroit (DTT) or Minneapolis (MSP). Philippines Airlines (PR) can be taken also from Las Vegas (LAS), Los Angeles (LAX), San Francisco (SFO)
